In crosslinked fracturing fluids, the polymer gel can begin to breakdown when temperatures above 200F are maintained. Aubin has developed a range of compatible gel stabilisers, FGS-01 and FGS-02, that increase the temperature stability of polymer gel fracturing fluids, allowing the typical temperature and viscosity stability time to be extended during proppant injection.
